Das Natursteinhaus liegt in Rezzo, einem kleinen, bezaubernden ligurischen Dorf mit ca. 400 Einwohnern im Valle della Giara. Das historische Gebäude befindet sich am oberen Ortsrand und genießt einen wunderbaren Blick über das Tal und die umliegenden, grünen Hügelketten. This natural stone house is situated in Rezzo, a charming small Ligurian village with a population of some 400 people in the Valle della Giara. The village has a Trattoria and two food shops with adjacent bar yet the nearest larger supermarkets and a selection of excellent restaurants are just 7 km away in Pieve di Teco. A well constructed road connects in 30 minutes with the sandy beaches of Alassio, Albenga or Imperia. The Giara River offers a number of spots where to enjoy a refreshing dip in its gushing crystal clear water. The nearest natural pool with waterfall is only a 20 minutes walk away.
The historic building is situated at the upper village end, enjoying stunning views over the valley and the surrounding rolling hills.
